  1. Terms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1.1. This Agreement determines the terms of use by Users (directly by Buyers, or users and \/ or visitors of the site) of materials and services of the site https:\/\/relivebalance.ua\/ (hereinafter - the Site, website, online store), including all subdomains and individual pages specified site.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.2. This Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Art. 633, art. 641 and Articles of Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine is a public contract (offer) and addressed to an indefinite number of persons regardless of status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) who wish to purchase goods in the online store https: \/\/ relivebalance. ua \/.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.3. As this Agreement is a public offer, by accessing the materials of the Site, the User is considered a party to this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.4. The Administration of the Site (owner of the site https:\/\/relivebalance.ua\/ or persons authorized by him) has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. A new or amended Agreement shall become effective upon posting on the Site. If the User does not agree with the changes, he is obliged to refuse further access to the Site, to stop using the materials and services of the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.5. The User agrees with the Agreement (public offer) in general and without reservations, in the case of continued use of the Site, carrying out the actual execution of the Order on the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.6. The User agrees that all the terms of the Agreement are clear to him, but he accepts them fully and unconditionally.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Registration on the Site<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1. To place orders on the Site, the User can go through the registration procedure and provide the necessary data, according to the questionnaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.2. When registering on the Site, the User undertakes to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details in order for the Administration of the Site to fulfill its obligations to the User and deliver the goods paid for.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2.3. During the registration process on the Site, the User indicates the login (his e-mail) and password, for the security and safety of which he is personally responsible. The User undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified during registration, to keep this data out of reach of third parties. The Buyer is solely responsible for all actions performed on his behalf, ie using his login and password.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Confidentiality and personal data<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1. The information provided by the User is confidential. The Site Administration uses the information about the User for the purpose of fulfilling the User's Orders and the corresponding informing, if other purposes are not specified in this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.2. By filling in the registration form on the Site https:\/\/relivebalance.ua\/ The User voluntarily agrees to the collection and processing of personal data by the Administration of the Site for further purposes: to process orders for the purchase of Goods, receive and provide information about orders, send and receive telecommunications (e-mail, mobile communication, messenger, etc.) information, advertising and special offers, information about promotions, raffles and \/ or any other information about the activities of the Site https:\/\/relivebalance.ua\/.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.3. For the purposes provided for in the Agreement, the Administration has the right to send letters, messages, materials, sms and \/ or push messages, etc. to the contacts specified by the User (mail, email, messenger contacts, etc.), make calls to the phone number specified in the application this is necessary to fulfill the User's order. The Administration has the right to record telephone calls with the User in order to improve the quality of service of the latter, to which the User gives his unconditional consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.4. The user agrees to the use of cookie technology by the Administration. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read the information of the User's hard drive. Cookies are used to improve the quality of services provided, in particular for quick identification of the User, saving the User's settings, personal preferences, tracking the status of the User's access session and typical trends and preferences. The administration also uses cookies for advertising purposes, in particular to manage ads on sites on the Internet. After disabling the cookie technology by the User, the Administration does not guarantee the full operation of the Site https:\/\/relivebalance.ua\/ or its individual services.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.5. The User gives the Administration the right to process his personal data, in particular to place personal data in the database of the Administration (without additional notification of the User), to carry out lifelong data storage, accumulation, update, change (if necessary). The Administration undertakes to protect data from unauthorized access of third parties, not to disseminate or transfer data to any third party (except for data transfer to related parties, commercial partners, persons authorized by the Administration to directly process data for these purposes, and also at the mandatory request of the competent state authority).<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.6. In case of unwillingness to receive information about promotions, new products, etc., the User has the right to refuse to send information by sending a letter of refusal to the Administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

        3.7. The Administration is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the User during registration on the Site https:\/\/relivebalance.ua\/ and registration of the Order. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration on the Site and ordering, independently bears all risks associated with the inaccuracy of such information.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Procedure for placing Orders, pricing, exchange.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. The user can place an order independently, by clicking \"buy\" and \"place an order\", or by contacting the phone number listed at the top of the Site. After placing the order, the User will be sent a notification confirming the order to the contacts specified during the ordering, as well as information about the availability of goods or the expected date of receipt of goods (in its absence). The above information will be provided by telephone when ordering by telephone.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.2. In case of actual absence of the goods listed on the Site (due to malfunctions of the Site and \/ or any other reasons), the order is canceled in full or in part (order editing), which the User is informed by sending him a message or phone call.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.3. By joining this Agreement and placing an order, the User confirms that he is familiar with the sections of the Site governing the delivery and payment of goods, contain information about the online store, goods, its characteristics and quality, other information in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine on consumer protection , agrees with them and understands them fully. The Administration is not responsible for changing the delivery time due to the fault of third parties, third-party services and circumstances beyond the control of the Administration; in this case, the Administration reserves the right to change the delivery time of the order with the appropriate notice to the User in the manner prescribed by this Agreement<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.4. The user agrees that the price of the product added to the \"basket\" on the Site, its range and quantity will be relevant only at the time of formation of the \"basket\" and may change if the purchase was not finalized by clicking \"place an order\". \"Buy\" and so on.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.5. The User agrees that the goods purchased by him belong to the list of goods that are not subject to return and exchange, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine \u2116172 of March 19, 1994 (in force) and is not subject to return.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.6. When ordering goods on the Site, the User confirms his consent to receive information about the date of manufacture, shelf life of the product in the format provided by the manufacturer, in particular using the Batch code on the product packaging or other manufacturer's markings.<\/span><\/p>\n

          4.7. If the User refuses the goods, the Administration returns to him the amount paid by the Buyer, except for the costs of the Seller for delivery from the Buyer (return) of the goods to be returned.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. Limitation of liability of the Administration<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1. The Administration is not responsible for any errors, typographical errors, inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on the Site. The Administration makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the website of the online store information. The User has the right to provide the Administration with information on the detection of any inconsistencies that may affect the perception of information on the Site by sending a request.             5.2. The Administration is not responsible for certain statements and opinions of Users of the Site, left as comments or reviews.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.3. The Administration is not responsible for any illegal actions of Users in relation to third parties or actions of third parties in relation to Users.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.4. The Administration shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense (actual or potential) incurred in connection with this Site, its use or inability to use it.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.6. In order to prevent any violations of the rights of Users and to comply with the provisions of this Agreement, the Administration has the right to delete information posted on the Site and take other technical and legal actions to terminate access to the Site Users who create problems who resort to unscrupulous abuses when ordering goods and \/ or do not intend to purchase them, or Users who violate the requirements of the Agreement. In this case, such blocking occurs at the discretion of the Administration without further notice to such Users.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.7. The Site Administration is not responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.7.1. Delays or failures in the operation due to force majeure, as well as any failure of telecommunications, computer, electrical and other related systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.7.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and delays related to their work.<\/span><\/p>\n

            5.7.3. Proper functioning of the Site by the User's equipment, if the User does not have the necessary technical means (technical means that meet the minimum requirements) for its use, and does not have any obligations to provide Users with such means.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Exclusive rights<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              6.1.
